Returns & Refunds
Customization involves a level of subjectivity, and there will always be minor differences in colors, design placement, or other aspects of custom printed apparel.
In most cases, custom printed apparel cannot be retuned or exchanged. Since custom printed apparel is tailored to your specific design and preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were accurately printed according to your provided specifications. Please review your mockups before approving them.
We are committed to delivering high-quality custom screen printed, embroidered or DTG printed apparel that meets your expectations. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for returns and exchanges.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before printing has begun. Orders that are cancelled before printing has begun will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We do not stock blank apparel in house, it is ordered from the apparel manufacturer directly for each order. The 25% restocking fee covers the return shipping and restocking fees mandated by our manufacturing partners.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
a. Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
b. Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake in printing your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will correct the error by reprinting the correct items or providing a full refund.
3. Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
a. Garment subjectivity such as size, fit, fabric weight and color: We do everything we can help you have all the information you need when selecting a garment. It is essential to view all product details and consult sizing charts and guidelines before placing an order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to issues related to sizing, fit, or you not liking the garment overall.
b. Minor differences in color, print scale, or print placement: The final product will vary slightly due to the nature of our organic pigments and sustainable process. We use standard placements to ensure your prints will look appropriate on all body types. Due to the nature of printing on fabric, print placement can vary up to 1” in any direction. The print will be the same scale on all garments, and may look slightly larger or smaller depending on the garment size.
4. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Us: Send an email to bigbangcustom@gmail.com with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request." Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
b. Review and Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
c. Return Shipment: If necessary, you may be asked to return the product(s) to us. Please follow our instructions carefully and ensure that the items are securely packaged.
d. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund or send out the replacement items as agreed upon.
